Below you’ll find an overview of the individual steps – from your initial inquiry to project completion and final payment.

  1. Initial Contact: You can reach me by phone, email, or via the contact form on my website. When getting in touch, please let me know what your project is about and share any specific requirements or wishes you may have.

  2. Initial Coordination: We’ll first discuss your request via email.

  3. Quotation and Costing:
    • During the initial phase – that is, the first two projects we complete together – you may request a binding fixed-price quote based on your project description. This ensures clarity and trust from the very beginning. Billing will follow the agreed terms, regardless of the actual time spent. From the third project onward, collaboration is based on hourly billing, as is customary for returning clients. *Standard, **Optional
    • For returning clients: I’ll be happy to provide a realistic estimate of the expected workload. Billing is strictly based on actual working time. My hourly rate is €66, billed in 15-minute increments (€16,50 per started 15 minutes). *Standard, **Optional

  4. Order Placement: You place your order in writing or via email. By doing so, you acknowledge and accept my general terms and conditions.

  5. Order Confirmation: You will receive written confirmation of your order.

  6. At the agreed time – taking into account my current workload – I will begin working on your project. If needed, I’ll keep you informed about the progress.

  7. Project Completion: Once the project is finished, you’ll receive all agreed-upon files via email or as a download link.

  8. Invoice and Payment Terms: You will receive a duly issued invoice in accordance with Section 14 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG). A detailed activity report is included with the invoice. All documents are sent exclusively by email in PDF format.

The payment term is 14 days. Payments can be made exclusively via bank transfer.

*Standard: Includes the use of the following software: Autodesk Inventor Professional 2020, Fusion, AutoCAD 2020, AutoCAD Mechanical and Electrical 2020, progeCAD 2025, as well as AutoCAD LT and Revit LT 2025.

**Optional: Preferred Software Versions: Would you like your designs to be created using a specific or more recent software version – such as Inventor 2025? No problem! Thanks to an additional FLEX token-based license, I have access to the full range of Autodesk programs.

Please note: If you require software that is not included in the standard package, additional costs may apply. These depend on the specific software and duration of use. Any such costs will be passed on to you transparently and at cost, and will be invoiced separately.
